Kitanglad to Dulang-Dulang Itinerary (via Dalwangan Trail)

KUYAMAW once again made it! 3+ Days, 2 Great Mountains. We successfully conquered Philippines’ 2nd highest (Mt. Dulang-Dulang)  and 4th highest (Mt. Kitanglad) mountains at Bukidnun.

Kitanglad-Dulang Itinerary (via Dalwangan Trail)
Day 0 Arrival at Sitio Intavas, La Fortuna, Impasug-ong, Bukidnon
Stay Overnight, Relax
Day 1

06:00 AM Prepare Breakfast and Packed Lunch
07:00 AM Breakfast, Self Preparation
08:00 AM Start Trek to Base of Mt. Kitanglad
10:00 AM ETA Base of Mt. Kitanglad
11:00 AM ETA Watersource, Load Water
12:00 NN ETA “Bato”. Lunch Break, Relax
01:00 PM Resume Trekking
03:00 PM ETA Mt. Kitanglad Summit, Stay Overnight, Relax
Day 2

05:00 AM Wake-up call, Prepare Breakfast, Sunrise
06:00 AM Breakfast, Self preparation
07:00 AM ETD Mt. Kitanglad Summit
12:00 NN Lunch on Trail, Relax
01:00 PM Resume Trekking
03:00 PM ETA Mt. Dulang2x Summit, Stay Overnight, Relax

Day 3

HOME SWEET HOME

As much as possible, itineraries are to be followed but there are instances that it cannot be controlled. We met the itinerary for Day1 and Day2 but not the Day3. 10 hours was the allocated time descending the mountains, but it took us 18 long hours. This was what happened.

    1. sir gin, if D2K ka, naa daw 1k ritual bayad. peru if k2d wala ra. ang among guide kai free lang kaila man. ang porter mga 500per day.. then permit is 100. 1420 – sea fare back and forth (promo ang isa)

      300 – back and forth CDO- to Bukidnon
      150 crossing sta ana (drop off sa bus gkan CDO) going to foot sa Kitanglad
      100 gikan Damitan (exit point from Dulang) to Dalwangan (main highway)
      20 tricycle from CDO pier to proper
